Here we sought to showcase a finished product of Hall Arts and Viper House in a beautiful way that highlights many of the incredible features.
This video we were inspired by an artist Musti and the style of boxing a vertical video and the story we can create through that.

OPERATIONS
Core Operations and Team Creative Hub
This page is the central operating hub for all things creative arts with AP Construction. As you see, there are many key pages we are creating and building out that inform our team on the style, direction, method and approach of how we tell AP’s story.
This onboarding is still in progress so many of these pages are being filled out as we film and edit but the goal is to have this completed by the end of the 30 days.
Structure to Finalize
#1 - Key People
This is a gallery/table with all the key people in AP and on our media team. This will be the central place to know who and what is responsible for what and have their contact information. This will be crucial for our operations team to coordinate the filming of projects.
#2 - Key Locations
In addition to people, we need to know all the information around the projects both completed and in progress. We are working to build out an in depth logbook and detailed list of information on each project, last time visited, how to access, etc.
Communication Cadence

ONE Group chat for Coordinating Logistics
Coordinating projects and video shoots can be challenging but we seek to make this simple by having ONE Group chat where our project manager can then coordinate with our team.

Bi Weekly Check Ins
Our goal is to set a reoccurring meeting every other week to align focus, objectives, recap what has been completed and ensure we are on track.
The date and time may be flexible but we want to establish a consistent cadence nonetheless.

Alternating Week Emails Updates
The weeks we are not meeting via zoom or in person, we will be sharing an email recap and upcoming focus sharing what was completed and where we are focusing in the coming week.
Vision / Next Steps
Capture Stories:
One of the next things I would really like to plan is the opportunity to sit down and interview some key people and stories to create this content bucket and really dive deep into narrative meaning.
Begin Posting Schedule:
Once this style and creative media is approved, I want to begin approving captions and start the posting calendar to begin crafting the narrative on social media.
Finalize Logistics:
Lastly, I want to finalize all things logistics and operational to ensure smooth processes and creating an easy level of visibility to everything going on.
